How to make a booking?

After your initial enquiry and verbal room reservations, we will hold the room for a maximum of 7 days. At the end of that period the rooms will automatically be released for re-sale.

All bookings must have a completed booking form. Please use one booking form for each room required. You can find a booking form in the brochure, further booking forms will be sent to you if necessary to be completed (please do not forget to sign your name).

Please note Bookings are only processed when a completed booking form and deposit is received.

Carefully choose a departure point nearest to your home from the list in the brochure. Please note once a departure point has been chosen, any changes must be authorised by BTC’s office only, and must be made in writing at least 14 days before the departure date (still may not be guaranteed).

A deposit of £30 per person must be paid at the time of booking. We require a deposit of £50 per person for all London Theatre Breaks. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Please note that this brochure should read in conjunction with our full terms and conditions enclosed. Further copies can be obtained from our office.

Travel insurance (if required) must be paid in full at the time of booking your holiday. All we require is your date of birth for each person travelling and your postcode.

Please note that if you have an existing illness the insurance company needs to be informed.

Brochure Accuracy - We take every care to ensure at the time of going to press the details in this brochure were accurate regarding holiday prices. Additional charges such as single room and sea view supplements which are beyond BTC’s control need to be checked at the time of booking.
